FOOD THAT CAUSES WATERY SPERMS
Finished Meat
Your sperm count may be affected by processed meat consumption. A Harvard study from 2014 found that the sperm quality of men who ate processed meat in excess was 23% poorer than that of individuals who ate it in moderation.
It was discovered that processed beef was linked to a reduced sperm count in a different study published in the journal Epidemiology.
Alcohol
Men should limit their alcohol consumption to one or two drinks per day, but having more than 14 mixed drinks in a week might drop testosterone levels and affect sperm count. In reality, research suggest that regular drinking (defined as five drinks or more in a period of two hours) has a deleterious impact on sperm.
Trans Fats
Trans fats are the main cause of concern among researchers since they raise the risk of heart disease. Unfortunately, there are still problems. Increased trans fat consumption was connected in a 2011 Spanish study to lower sperm counts.
