RUTO MAKES MAJOR APPOINTMENTS THIS AFTERNOON

Today in the afternoon, the president of this country Dr William Samoei Ruto is reported to have made major appointment on his goverment.

As reported by the NTV News, the head of state has appointed hon Margaret Kurangaru to be a member of National Gender and Equality Commision.

Mrs Kurangaru who happens to be hon Rigathi Gachagua’s sister in law will be serving on this goverment commision for the next three years as the law dictates.

She was married to the late governor of Nyeri county hon Nderitu Gachagua who died some six years ago when he was still the governor of Nyeri county.

“President Ruto has on Wednesday nominated Margaret Karungaru for appointment as a member of the National Gender and Equality Commission.Moses Wetangula, the Speaker of the National Assembly, delivered the message in parliament.

Karungaru is the sister-in-law of Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua and the late Nderitu Gachagua, the former governor of Nyeri.” Said the reports.
