HAKUNA PESA: LIST OF COUNTIES KRA HAVE CLOSED THE ACCOUNTS.

Nairobi County Senator Edwin Sifuna on Tuesday, 1st November 2022, held a high profile meeting with recently elected Mombasa County Governor Abdulswamad Sharrif Nassir.

Sifuna met Governor Abdulswamad after he paid him a courtesy cal at his office in Mombasa.

Taking to his Twitter timeline after the meeting with Abdulswamad, Sifuna spilled the beans revealing the recent move by Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA).

Sifuna revealed that KRA shut the County Accounts days after Abdulswamad’s win and operations have stalled across the county.

The ODM SG however assured Abdulswamad that they in Senate shall offer their support to guarantee uninterrupted service delivery.

“Courtesy call on Mombasa Governor @A_S_Nassir this afternoon at his office. I came to learn KRA shut the County Accounts days after his win and operations have stalled.

I assured the Governor that we in Senate shall offer our support to guarantee uninterrupted service delivery,” Senator Edwin Sifuna said.
