MEET MAN COOKING IN PEOPLE’S HOMES

Kazi ni Kazi: “Mtu ni kujituma na usiweka pesa mbele. Furahisha customer kwanza. I thrive on home orders in Nairobi,” 26-year-old Victor Misango aka Victor De Chef says.

Victor, a father of three, said he started the initiative during the lockdown and charges from as low as KSh 1,500 for cooking and KSh 2,500 for a party of 10 people.

“I have been a chef for 12 years. I was employed but niliona mateso ya hoteli haikuwa inaingiana na mimi. Mtu anakwambia atakulipa tarehe fulani, hafanyi hivyo.”

“Kwa sasa ninafanya home orders na ninaendelea. You have to be patient halafu Mungu atafungua milango. Ninategeam referrals and online marketing kupata clients,” Victor told TUKO.
