The meeting between Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua and Orange Democratic Movement party leader Raila Odinga continues to evoke mixed reactions across the political divide with many wondering if it was all planned or coincidental.

Seasoned political analyst Mutahi Ngunyi has been the latest high-profile figure to react to the meeting between Rigathi Gachagua and Raila Odinga as he made new claims.

According to the Professor, it was President William Ruto who had sent his Deputy Rigathi Gachagua to meet the former Prime Minister with viral photos showing the two engage in a tete-a-tete.

He lauded the move from the Head of State and stated that it was a show of goodwill at a time when the political temperatures in the country had flared to the ceiling.

Ngunyi further advised the Azimio La Umoja presidential candidate to abolish his thoughts about mobilizing kenyans to march to the Supreme Court to eject the judges from office.
