KITHURE KINDIKI EXPOSES RAILA ODINGA BADLY

While making his submissions for William Ruto, lawyer Kithure Kindiki faulted a section of senior government officials for forcing Chebukati to declare Raila Odinga as president or doctor a rerun.

Kindiki said it was illegal to advise the electoral body because the constitution describes it as an independent institution.
