IEBC OFFICER FROM MARTHA KARUA’S HOME FOUND DEAD

Returning Officer for Gichugu Constituency in Kirinyaga County, Geoffrey Gitobu is dead. Gitobu was not at work today in Gichugu but at the IEBC offices in Nanyuki.
