Kabogo has always been seen as a super macho man.

The tough looking former governor always speaks with a low but very commanding voice.

Watching him during an interview you might be excused to think you’re seeing El Chapo.

He rules with the same iron fist. One of the reasons he never got reelected was because of his tough talk.

It was then perplexing to see him jumping up and down making weird noises.

In the video he jumps up and down invoking the name of William Ruto.
