PROMINENT MEMBER OF PARLIAMENT EXPOSES EQUITY BANK
A popular member of Parliament has come out to expose Equity Bank for frustrating him.
Kikuyu MP Kimani Ichung’wa posted how Equity was giving him poor services.
‘Dealing with @KeEquityBank’s mobile banking is the most depressing and frustrating exercise I have engaged in over the last three weeks and an ever non-responsive customer care desk!’, he wrote.
Kenyans responded by saying:

Thank you for raising your complain it is ironical that you people complain about bank problems, like me here I don’t have any bank accounts and Im Okey so please help me get on so that I can see this challanges
